Cajun Honey  Butter Salmon

pat the salmon dry, cut crosswise  into 2 parts

season with salt,  pepper, Cajun and  Italian seasoning,  drizzle with oil

grate the  garlic cloves

combine honey  with chili oil

heat oil and butter over medium high

add salmon fillets

cook 2 minutes  per side

remove from skillet

add garlic, cook for 1 minute

deglaze with  chicken broth, simmer for  2 minutes

add green peas, cook for 2 minutes

add salmon

drizzle with  spicy honey, simmer for  3 minutes

meanwhile, chop the chives

finish off with lemon juice  and chives

top with  red pepper flakes  and black pepper
