Buttery Orecchiette with Crispy Pancetta and Peas

mince the  garlic cloves

boil orecchiette  al dente in  salted water

heat oil  over medium  add breadcrumbs

toast until golden, season with  salt and pepper remove from skillet

add oil  and butter

add pancetta,  cook until golden brown

add garlic  cook for 2 minutes

stir in salt, pepper,  chili flakes  and peas

scoop up 1/2 cup cooking water,  drain the orecchiette

add orecchiette to the skillet

stir in Parmesan

add a splash  of cooking water
