Brown Butter Broccoli and Walnut Pasta

chop the walnuts

mince the garlic

cut broccoli into florets

then into bite-size pieces

boil pasta al dente  in salted water

heat half of  the butter  over medium

stir until  melted and golden brown

add walnuts

add olive oil, cook until  golden brown

add broccoli

add paprika, sage,  chili flakes,  salt and pepper cook for 6 minutes

add garlic, cook until fragrant

add 1/4 cup  cooking water

stir in the remaining butter

drain the pasta

add balsamic vinegar and pasta

stir to combine
