Bloody Mary Pasta

finely chop the  celery stalks

finely chop the onion

mince the garlic

cook linguine al dente in salted water

heat oil and butter over medium low

add onion, garlic and celery, cook for 3 minutes

add salt, pepper, sugar and oregano

stir in tomato paste

pour in vodka stir to combine

add tomato purée

add Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco, simmer for 5-10 minutes

drain the linguine

toss with sauce

finish off with black pepper and celery leaves
