Beef & Bell Pepper Stir Fry

thinly slice the steak against the grain

add marinade  and cornstarch,  stir and set aside

mince the garlic

slice onions into wedges

grate the ginger

cut the bell pepper in half, remove veins and seeds

cut into bite-sized pieces

slice the scallions

combine the ingredients for the sauce

cook the rice

heat your wok until steaming hot, add oil

spread beef in a single layer, sear, 1 minute

stir-fry for 30 seconds

remove from wok

add oil and onions, stir-fry for 1 minute

add pepper, stir-fry for 1 minute

add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds

deglaze with the prepared sauce, simmer for  30 seconds

add scallions

add beef, toss for 30 seconds
