Super Easy Canned Tuna Pasta

drain and reserve the oil from the tuna cans

finely chop the onion

mince the garlic

chop the parsley

boil pasta al dente in salted water

heat butter and oil from the tuna cans over medium low, add garlic and onion, sauté for 3 minutes

stir in salt, pepper, chili flakes and oregano

add lemon juice and parsley

add tuna,  let heat through

scoop up 1/2 cup cooking water, drain the pasta

toss pasta with tuna

add a splash of  cooking water, toss for 1 minute

finish off with black pepper and parsley
