finely chop the onion
mince the garlic
slice the chicken fillets horizontally into 2 pieces
wrap 2 slices of prosciutto around each chicken piece
heat oil and butter in a nonstick skillet, add chicken
cook for 4 minutes per side
remove from skillet
add garlic and onion, cook until soft
pour in cream
stir in pesto and sun-dried tomatoes
add chicken, simmer for 2 minutes
finish off with black pepper, red pepper flakes, pine nuts and basil leaves
