Pork Tenderloin with Red Wine Cranberry Sauce


season both sides of the tenderloins with salt, pepper and paprika

heat oil and butter over medium in an ovenproof skillet, add pork tenderloins

cook 5 minutes  per side

add rosemary sprigs, bake for 20 minutes at 400°F/ 200°C

meanwhile, make the cranberry sauce

melt butter, add garlic powder, dried onion and thyme

add cranberry jam, cook for 1 minute

pour in red wine, simmer for 3 minutes

add chicken broth and pepper simmer for 10 minutes or until slightly thickened
