One-Pot Pesto Gnocchi

cut asparagus in  bite-sized pieces

mince the  garlic cloves

chop the sun-dried  tomatoes

heat butter  over medium low,  add garlic,  sweat for 1 minute

add asparagus,  cook for 2 minutes

stir in salt,  pepper and  Italian seasoning

increase heat to  medium high,  pour in  chicken broth,  bring to a boil

add gnocchi,  cook for 3 minutes

stir gently to  prevent gnocchi  from sticking

stir in sun-dried  tomatoes

add lemon juice

turn off the heat,  add pesto

stir to combine

stir in Parmesan,  top with chili flakes
