Harissa Shrimp

combine shrimp with  salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder and turmeric

deseed and  thinly slice  the bell pepper

finely chop the onion

mince the garlic

heat oil and butter  over medium high,  place shrimp  in a single layer

sear 1 minute  per side

remove from skillet

add butter  and bell pepper,  cook for  3 minutes

add garlic  and onion,  cook for  2 minutes

pour in  chicken broth,  simmer for  2 minutes

stir in harissa  and lemon juice

toss in shrimp,  top with parsley
