Garlic Soy Chicken

thinly slice  the chicken thighs

combine with  cornstarch and oil

cut cauliflower  into florets

then into  bite-sized pieces

chop the scallions

mince the garlic

grate the ginger

combine the ingredients for  the sauce

heat oil  over high

add chicken

cook until browned  and crispy

remove from skillet

boil rice or noodles  according to  package directions

add oil  to the skillet

add cauliflower

sauté until  slightly browned

add chicken

pour in the  prepared sauce

add ginger  and garlic

add cooking water,  simmer for 5 minutes

stir in scallions
