French Onion Ravioli

cut bacon into lardons

thinly slice the onions

mince the garlic

heat oil and butter over medium, add bacon

cook until golden brown, remove from skillet

add onions, cook for 5 minutes

stir in butter, cook for another 5 minutes

stir in garlic, salt, pepper and thyme

deglaze with white wine, simmer for 5 minutes more

pour in chicken broth, bring to a boil

add ravioli, cook for 3 minutes

when ready, finish off with bacon, serve!
