Easy Butter Salmon Curry

pat the salmon fillets dry, season with salt, pepper and sweet paprika

mince the  garlic cloves

mince the  garlic cloves

dice the shallot

grate the ginger

heat oil and butter  over medium

add salmon fillets

sear 3-4 minutes  per side

remove from skillet

add garlic, shallot  and ginger,  sauté until soft

add cumin,  curry powder,  cayenne pepper,  coriander and turmeric

deglaze with  vegetable broth

stir in garam masala and tomato paste

add crushed tomatoes

pour in cream

stir in butter

add salmon

sprinkle with  lemon juice

top with  toasted cashews and cilantro

finish off with  chili flakes and  black pepper
