Coconut Miso Salmon with Shrimp

mince the garlic

finely chop the onion

pat the salmon dry

heat coconut oil in a skillet

add salmon

season with salt and pepper

sear 3-4 minutes  on both sides

remove from skillet

place shrimp in a single layer

season with salt and pepper

sear 1 minute per side

remove from skillet

add garlic, onion and ginger, cook for 5 minutes

deglaze with white wine

cook for 1 minute

pour in coconut milk

stir in miso

add fish sauce, soy sauce and sriracha

stir to combine, bring to a boil

add salmon

stir in basil leaves

sprinkle with lime juice

add shrimp, cook for 1 minute
